HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
You can return your purchase in store or by mail.
In Store: Visit the Luna & Sage store with the item and your purchase receipt.
By Mail: Take your parcel to any Australia Post office (with completed Returns Form) and return it using a trackable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel.
If you are returning your purchase by Australia Post within 14 days of receiving your order, please follow these steps:
- Package the items to be returned in the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging and make sure you include your completed Returns Form, delivery note or receipt in the package.

- Please allow up to 7-10 working days after we receive your return, for your return to be processed and your card to be refunded.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Service team via firstname.lastname@example.org. They will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded after any return shipping and handling costs.
